Momo is a time-tracking, absence and expense management service operated by OSHOOT AG, Industriestrasse 19, 8112 Otelfingen, Switzerland. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for the activity of users in your organization. You must provide accurate information.
New organizations get a 14-day free trial with full features. After the trial you may continue on the free Solo plan or subscribe to Starter or Pro. Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or yearly, in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change prices with reasonable notice.
Don't misuse the service: no illegal use, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, no infringement of others' rights.
You own your data. We process it to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export it at any time.
We work hard to keep Momo available and reliable but provide it "as is", without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
You may cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by Swiss law, with place of jurisdiction at the registered seat of OSHOOT AG (Otelfingen, Switzerland), to the extent permitted by law.
